If you are an end customer you may see our name on your telecommunications provider bill or bank statement (this may appear as "Telco Payment Servs"). This is because we process these financial transactions on behalf of your Service Provider. You should contact them directly if you have any queries in relation to your account.

Telecommunications Payment Services do not supply any services direct to end customers – our expertise lies in outsourced services and back end support of Telecommunications Retail Service Providers.
